N.E. Leaflets.

How much notice is needed to carry out a leaflet distribution?
We normally need 10 working days notice from the time of a confirmed booking to start an efficient distribution. For large distributions or projects more time may be needed. Sometimes we can arrange an urgent job quicker.

How do I get my leaflets to North East Leaflet Distribution so that they can be delivered?
We will give you clear delivery instructions once your order is confirmed.

How will I know that my leaflets have been distributed door to door?
The telephone should be ringing with new business for you however please bear in mind that we are not a lead generation service - we can only deliver your leaflets and results will vary according to several factors outside of our work. Solus leaflet distribution will normally produce better results than shared leaflet distribution and please remember that people wont always respond immediately to leaflets. We have known people keep leaflets years before they respond.

You can also contact us for an update on where we are up to with the delivery. Sometimes bad weather will delay your distribution but we usually catch up quite quickly.

Can I  become a Leaflet Distributor?
Easy just visit our Vacancies page or give us a call. We only use leaflet distributors with their own transport.

Are There Any Special Instructions I Need To Follow When Sending My Leaflets To North East Leaflet Distribution? Not really just get in touch and we will handle the rest.

How long will it take for my leaflets to be delivered?
This depends on the distribution method and the quantities involved. We will discuss this with you when you make your booking. However, our policy is always ‘less haste, more quality’.

What if I am not satisfied?
Our company complaints procedure is outlined in our terms and conditions which are displayed on this website. Please go to the
terms and conditions page for more information.

What are the typical response rates?
Successful response to a leaflet depends on various factors such as the ‘effectiveness of the leaflet itself’, seasonal influences, the type of product or service you are marketing, whether your leaflet has been delivered on a solus leaflet distribution or shareplan leaflet distribution basis, the size of the market that you are trying to cater for, etc.,so there are no 'typical' response rates. However, research by the Direct Marketing Association shows that:

62-71% of consumers find door to door leaflet distribution useful.

48% have visited a store, bought a product or sent for info as a result of a leaflet drop.

79% keep, pass on, read or glance at leaflets delivered door to door.
